- By creating a Tutor Profile at Tutor Bazaar, you agree to receive SMS and email alerts about classes based on your profile. To unsubscribe from these alerts, log in to your profile and navigate to the "My Account" section.
- Tutors must submit a copy of their Address Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, etc.), two coloured passport-size photographs, and their most recent educational qualification.
- Tutors should engage solely in tutoring activities and refrain from any fraudulent activities, such as taking money for admissions into colleges/schools or other fraudulent proposals.
- In the event of any fraud committed by a tutor against a student or Tutor Bazaar, legal action will be taken against the tutor.
- Tutors must promptly update their current address and phone/mobile number if there are any changes and provide their ID proof to clients upon request.
- Tutor Bazaar reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any conditions at any time.
- Tutors are expected to be punctual, professional in their behaviour, and dress appropriately when visiting clients for trial or regular classes.
For Parents/Students
- Tutor Bazaar will help you find a tutor that best suits your child's requirements but does not guarantee success in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
- Home tutors should be treated with respect and dignity.
- The final decision to choose a particular tutor for your child is yours.
- Tutors will teach your child only if at least one parent is present in the house.
- You may request identity proof and qualification records from the tutor before starting classes. We do not guarantee document verification.
- It is recommended to pay tuition fees through our platform. We will pay the tutor at the end of your sessions only after receiving class status confirmation from you. If you pay the tutor directly and a dispute arises, Tutor Bazaar will not be responsible.
- Tutor Bazaar does not guarantee the student's progress and is not responsible for any theft or misconduct by the tutor. Parents or caretakers should observe the tutoring sessions.
- If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested to stop using this platform immediately.
- Tutor Bazaar reserves the right to change any or all of these terms and conditions with or without prior notice.
Conditions
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.
